Stupid me didn't change the user-password in it.

Easier for them to send a bill with increased charge than connect me to the Net...
(Just yesterday they increased my bill with $10 for discounted oversees calls. I didn't ask for it.

I see that all over the place - they don't arrive, don't call to say they aren't coming.
They should be fined if they don't arrive for appointments - the days wage of the person waiting for them!
The must be someone who wants to know these sorts of things? Ombudsman?
