Or pick up at any Apple Store.

It's 8:43am, no phonecall from HP yet about the back charge yet.
(And no delivery, luckily)

This HP department is hopeless. They did not talk to me for 24 minutes, simply waited to hang up and piss off.
Next calls same result, waiting, waiting and waiting.
That made me mad.

I'll wait till tomorrow afternoon.
Today they did not change anything on the status of the order, I hope that finally
they are giving back the money.

I use HP for about 20 years, didn't have any problem with repairs.
They came to my home and repaired the devices promptly.

The Consumer Affair's advice is to chargeback.
Already done.

I shouldn't move out from my home this afternoon.
They delivered the PC at 5:25pm.
My wife signed it, I saw the delivery track moving away from our home.
What to do now?
Cry? Laugh? Cry and laugh?
I'm upset, don't want to touch it...Maybe tomorrow.
