The problem is that it's from YouTube, not from the link I provided.

I couldn't get to the point in the video TeeEm as I wanted to use earmuff to drown out the computer generated speech they used in the video. 53 seconds was all I could do mate.
That's about twice as long as sex lasts though

My point with the VPN is that when I'm facing the message that it's not for you, Bugger, I still would like to see it.
Currently it's impossible with Opera's VPN.

I would try it misi but my brain is too tired. I wonder if it's worth spending dollars on one of the commercial sites?

A free VPN might work, but then be too slow to stream a video. But I don't have experience with this stuff...

I actually had a spurt of brainpower and installed Opera developer - opened it and changed no settings (except to show advanced settings) and opened the private window where it says VPN.

This didn't work there either.

This Opera VPN doesn't work at all!

I tried http://whatismyipaddress.com and it shows my real IP address.

There is no place to enable VPN on the settings page - it just has private window there to click. WTF?
