As far as storms go, that was a bit of a fizzer. The lightning passed well to the south of me and it didn't start raining until around 10:30. It did rain very heavily though but I've just been outside and all the concrete is bone dry, so it couldn't have rained for very long. Still, it pelted down for a little while.

Todays forcast is for a Thunderstorm in the afternoon...
We had quite a mean storm on Sunday. 55 direct lightning strikes were recorded in Brisbane and many people without power.. All power was restored by 4am Monday..
