I'm wondering about having two operating systems on my computer.

Chidi Okwara asked "Can one run several operating systems in one computer?"

Not only can you do it, but it's reasonably easy. Of course, all of the operating systems must be compatible with your hardware. Assuming your PC is less than five years old, it should be able to take Windows 7 and 8, along with almost any type of Linux. Just remember that you'll need paid-for licenses for each version of Windows you install (not an issue with free Linux).

Seems it's relatively easy to install.
Create a partition on your main drive and install the new OS to that partition.
Windows 8.1 on C: and Windows 10 on G:
Both partitions on drive 0

Do any of the LG's have such twin operating systems on their computer without a virtual machine?
How satisfied are you with it?

I have Windows XP SP3 and Windows 10 Dual booted on an old computer with no hassles.
It had XP SP3 on one drive and Windows 8 Pro on the other which I have up-graded to the latest Windows 10 Pro.
