It's in bad condition, the dentist is afraid that will need surgery.

Bro goes for surgery in a few weeks for 2 teeth - the roots are curved which could be a real problem to extract.

I took one Panadeine Forte and one Nurofen , they did not help.
The only help was: soaking it with 70% alcohol.
No, it's only inflamed.
The root is across and the tooth is rotten.
They will remove it this afternoon.
