Main ingredients: Potato, boiled eggs, sour crème, csabai(sausage)

I think I put on 3 kg just looking at that!

I like spuds, and eggs, sour cream is nice on hot spuds, csabai at the store up the road is lovely and I get the soft version which is easy on the teeth of the denizens here - and the skin peels easily away. Some I have tried seem to glue the skin on with selleys adhesive.

It's certainly not for people on diet...
