Polls across Queensland have closed as early exit poll figures show a devastating result for Labor that is set to end the party's 14-year reign in the state.
A Sky News exit poll from the five most marginal seats shows almost two-thirds of voters support the Liberal National Party in a two-party preferred poll.
Only 36.3 per cent of voters supported Labor.
The Sky News poll shows a massive win for the LNP with a swing of 15.3 per cent.

Anna Bligh has quit politics saying the Bligh brand is so tarnished Labor has no hope of rebuilding if she remains in the Queensland parliament.
Her resignation as the member for South Brisbane means the decimated party will get the chance to try to parachute a new leader into the seat.

In 2009, my own electorate of 'Redlands', the LNP only won the seat with 50.1% and Labor losing at 49.9% 2 party preferred vote... Had the closest result of any QLD seat.
Yesterday, the LNP won 'Redlands' with 70.6% 2 party preferred...
