The Norton Toolbar now has limited compatibility with Firefox 41 & 42. Web-Protection functionalities are enabled, but the VAULT feature is not available with this update. We will be releasing another compatibility update to restore VAULT features to the Norton Toolbar on Firefox 41 & 42.

I must say that Firefox has been good for me - but many changes are made and some I've had to undo with config changes. Things like opening a new tab with *my* start page, and something was changed in the search function etc.

They don't give options to change these things so you have to google and find out how to fix their decree that "This is how it is going to be!"

I know that the old Google tool/search bar won't work any more with Firefox, so I downloaded Googlebar Lite.
I wonder what others are using?

I have a bookmark as below using g as the keyword.
I just type in the address bar: g "pink cats" or g tattslotto winners
and google loads.



The string in the location bar is: http://www.google.com/search?&q=%s

The Help > About menu shows the Firefox version.

Yes it does but it starts downloading the new versions as soon as I click on it.
