What do people get now for supplying energy to the grid?

I was reading that infrastructure for elecricity distribution won't handle all the people feeding in energy, when a hell of a lot of people are doing it.
They need to upgrade transformers and stuff to handle the extra current...

In QLD, nothing from the state govt anymore. The energy retailers may still pay a price of about 6c.

I was lucky to get in on the 44c FIT on the very last day it was offered. The 44c FIT is a contract between me and the Govt till 2028. However, if I move from here, the Govt is no longer obligated to pay the 44c. Any new owner of my home will not get it.

Ohh! I didn't know the G'mint was involved in providing the benefit, and so it's all over for anyone getting them installed!

You got a good deal for another 14 years!! That's amazing, but I wonder if they will find some loophole to get out of it sooner.
