It was a corker of a storm!
2am and kaboom! the thunder was so loud and persistent, and again at 4am.

We had lots of kabooms at about 5-6pm yesterday.. Then followed by lots of loud Thudding by Blackhawk Choppers at around 10pm around Brisbane City. Looked eerie as the Hawks had no nav lights on.

The storm arrived as expected.
Strong wind and for about 5 minutes water by the buckets.
Quiet now, the rest of it is on its way.

Thanks TeEm, it's still quiet here on my place, only raining.
There was a big bang outside, don't know if it was my neighbour's gutter or the cover of my skylight...
No leaks inside my home so probably it was the gutter...will see tomorrow morning...

Looking at the radar you would think it was flooding rain, but was only moderate.
