Yep, Tablet works. Take 4 when I go to bed and 2 in the morning ( morning being most peoples afternoon ! )
Stuttering is part of every day life here. Can't watch most Vids unless I wait ages.

Yep, Tablet works.

The audio stuttering may be a driver/audio hardware issue in Windows.

Can you test a different PC for that, to see if the bandwidth is fine but the PC is struggling?

That used to peeve me with TPG for a long while.

A points occurs to me to comment on Guess - I changed my network cable a little while back and the difference in page speed loading was amazing. I didn't have packet loss at all - but the LAN cable was still a factor in the house in reducing my PC's response.
