Is it possible to make that photo without photoshopping the image?
Hmmm...

Do you suspect it is not an actual telescopic image?
Lots of people add a camera mount to their telescopes, and I'm pretty sure that the occultation time can be calculated in advance.

It is a 2000 x 1227 pixels image, I don't think it's a frame from a video.
It's just too good to be a frame.

It's very quick, but there have been many different images (like planes) of such lightning fast snaps, which are part luck.

It's a nice superposition - but time will tell if it's faked. People will analyse and compare things if they suspect that
