What DNS is for me

Yeah, I'm stupid. I have numbers coming from all directions and now not sure what DNS numbers I should have in my modem.
At the moment I have:
DNS1: 203.24.100.125
DNS2: 202.76.170.40

Is this right?....or not?

What's the defaults, misi?...please. In aanet forums sticky, they are old?....I don't know. I dumb at this stuff. Everythings working fine, so not a big deal.....just want to make sure.
