Hi All Whirlpoolers and those unfortunate enough to be connected to these scammers masquerading as an ISP otherwise known as aaNet.
As many of you would be aware there are thousands of us that are having sync issues where ADSL connection is down 95% of the time and many thousands that have basically no ADSL at all.
Enough is enough, I'll be collecting names and details to launch a class action against aaNet, let's bring aaNet (EFTel) to it's knees. Not only do their helpdesk staff beat around the bush, their management haven't taken the masses seriously and it's time to hold them accountable. For those of you with shares with EFTel now is the time to jump ship because it's sinking. The emperor has no clothes.
Send me a private message with your name, ADSL number, month & year you joined aaNet. If you happen to have lost income as a result of running a business through your aaNet connection, please provide a conservative estimate (can be adjusted down the track).
The aim is to recoup the money we have lost since day one of being with aaNet along with incidentals.
Mine is up 99.9% of the time. :happy

That's amusing - on a residential service and he expected to be able to claim business losses.
