Sent a support Email request when there was a problem with aaNots Email service on the 30th August.

Yay ! got a reply today: ( On my Gmail. )

We would like to confirm whether your still having issues with your emails?
Do update us to further investigate the issue.

Wasn't that nice of them.

It magically fixed itself the next day. 1st Sept.

Looks like aaSoon = 7 days now.

I might wait 7 days before I reply.

They fix more fault reports that way. The complainers move company and aanet don't pay for support. ??

Just reply back and ask if there will be any more problems in 7 days time, so that you can send a support quirey to be looked at when it's happening !!!

shameshame oops, can't count. I was so surprised by the response I lost a month in there some how.

Must have been a senior moment. ( My, doesn't time fly ! )

Now I know why they apologised for the delay in replying, they really should have sent me a bunch of flowers or sumpin. Bugger, now I'll have to wait 37 days before I reply.

Sorry for misleading youz guys. Official correction. aaSoon = 37 days.
