Sent a support Email request when there was a problem with aaNots Email service on the 30th August.

It magically fixed itself the next day. 1st Sept. :eek2

Looks like aaSoon = 7 days now. :poke

I might wait 7 days before I reply. :happy

Just reply back and ask if there will be any more problems in 7 days time, so that you can send a support quirey to be looked at when it's happening !!!

huh? 30 august you send email, problem self fixes on 1st sept :happy It's now 7 Oct that's a little more than 7 days :happy

Now I know why they apologised for the delay in replying, they really should have sent me a bunch of flowers or sumpin. Bugger, now I'll have to wait 37 days before I reply.
