1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (I didn't have baking powder or self rising flour)
Half lemon's juice + its top skin
Vanilla


Thickened cream
Cocoa
Icing sugar

Preparing and baking it: about 2 hours
(Eating it takes only a few minutes)
