Kleenex make good ear plugs, and can clean your ears at the same time..

Well it's pretty obvious, that when you're vacuuming your ear out you have to put a plug in the opposite side to the one your vacuuming otherwise you wouldn't be able to get a vacuum to clean the gunk out as the air would come straight through from the other side.
