Chicken liver

Growing Little Guru
Tonight I was the cook.
A lot of onion, fried in oil.
A kilo of chicken liver into it.
Stirring until the liver became well cooked.
Little salt, little pepper, red Hungarian paprika.
Smashed potato, sweet and sour gherkins...

Mmmm.... :poke

Love those sweet and sour gherkins but I'm not so sure about liver. I do like some liverwurst now and again though.

Ahem... Looks like I have to surprise you one Sunday with a kilo onion and a kilo chicken liver with me... :happy
You would not need Mortine for the insects for about one week!(Clue: onion)

For now I just had chicken noodle soup, some salami and toast with blue cheese. :cool

Mmmm... Tomorrow I might make that!:poke (Without the blue cheese)
