Chicken liver

Tonight I was the cook.
A lot of onion, fried in oil.
A kilo of chicken liver into it.
Stirring until the liver became well cooked.
Little salt, little pepper, red Hungarian paprika.
Smashed potato, sweet and sour gherkins...

Mmmm....

Love those sweet and sour gherkins but I'm not so sure about liver. I do like some liverwurst now and again though.

Try my simple recipe, I believe that you will like it.

You don't even need the potatoes,only 2-3 crunchy bread rolls.
That way even the cooking oil will disappear from the pot!

I love onion and garlic too but for now I am dieting - have lost 17 kg so far.
